Job Summary
As a Mortgage Specialist youll be at the heart of our broker network delivering exceptional service and helping us identify new opportunities. This is more than a jobits an opportunity to grow your career build strong relationships and make a real impact.
As a Mortgage Specialist we are looking for someone to:
- Build strong relationships with key mortgage brokers through calls and emails.
- Respond to inbound enquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Share market feedback and insights with Account Managers to spot new opportunities.
- Promote our products and services to drive growth and success.
- Represent Together with professionalism and enthusiasm at every interaction.
Qualifications :
Essential:
- Experience in selling different products
- Strong telephone sales and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication objection handling and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great outcomes.
Desirable:
CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)but if you dont have it yet dont worry! If you have the right attitude and transferable skills wed love to hear from you.
