The Watermark is undoubtedly the highest volume highest quality food venue in South Australia with our Restaurant providing the finest best quality produce sourced both locally and interstate. Our bistro/bar delivers all the pub classics side by side with ice cold beer or perfectly selected wines.

Just a ten minute drive from the airport and a further ten from Adelaides CBD were in a perfect position on the coastline of Glenelg.

A day in the life of a Publican:

• You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like its your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant.
• Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.
• This is not your first rodeo in Venue Management Youre an experienced operator in high volume high quality business operations.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You already know if this is for you. Youve got the experience the presence and the pride it takes to own a pub like its been yours forever. Youre not just running a venue - youre living the Publican life.

• Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
