Job Summary
Location: Kyle TX.
Pay Range: Based on Experience
Monday Friday 1stShift.
40hrs/wk. (ability to work overtime when needed)

As a member of the administrationteam this positionsupports and is involved in all aspects of day-to-day turnkey construction operations including order entry billing purchasingand providing coordinationwithin the various areas of the company. These areas include Shipping and Receiving and Production Special Orders and Purchasing Service Installed Sales EWP (engineeredwood products) Pricing Credit and Technical Services.

- Coordination of Production and Shipping
- Service Department

- Team player strong communicator and advanced interpersonal skills.
- Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks to meet varied and conflicting organization demands.
- Detailed accurate and self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite or relatedsoftware.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer and phone.
