Were looking for a highly driven and motivated Senior Manager Key Account Management for our Marketplace team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact then this is the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently whilst working closely with the management team.
This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Lead Account Management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and proactively identify further new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs
- Maintain and grow the revenue and gross profit of each account
- Keep the platform fresh by implementing creative marketing initiatives
- Construct and negotiate commercial offers which meet expectations of foodpanda business partners and customers
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market
- Use and create management reports to assess performance of vendors
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial & performance reports for internal and external review
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience within an Account Management role preferable
- Proven track record of Account Management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience preferably in eCommerce for FMCG brands
- Excellent communication skills must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer
- Strong relationship builder has a positive attitude and is a team player
- Highly driven self-motivated target oriented resilient and tenacious
- Customer focused enjoys working autonomously hits the ground running and demonstrates a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical skills makes well judged decisions good numeracy pays strong attention to detail is a strong problem solver demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas
- Has a flexible approach thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Highly organised and plans and prioritizes work effectively
