As a Learning Service Associate you will be a vital part of a four-service unit dedicated to training-related activities. Youll be responsible for supporting our Training Providers by managing administrative tasks related to training organization and ensuring data accuracy for our clients. You will also provide consultancy and technical support.
Your contribution to something big:
- Data Administration: Creating and maintaining training measures (Items) curricula learning assignments resources and manual users within the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning Administration Module);
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all training measure data;
- Training Session Management: Managing training sessions including logistics and coordination;
- Support and Communication: Acting as a key point of contact for locations and Training Providers addressing their training-related questions and providing technical support;
- Event Support: Assisting with event management activities related to training programs.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese are required. Additional foreign languages are a plus.
- Knowledge: Experience in the training area is a plus. Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
- Personality: Highly attentive to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Proactive in process improvement and possesses strong collaboration flexibility and organizational skills.
