As a Salesforce Administrator you will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for maintaining platform integrity configuring Salesforce to meet business objectives supporting end users and enhancing platform functionality through customization and candidates will possess strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills and will demonstrate the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile & RESPONSIBILITIESThis role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Perform day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform including user setup profiles permissions roles and data and customize Salesforce to meet organizational needsdevelop custom objects fields record types page layouts validation rules and and maintain scalable automations using Salesforce Flow and Process quality assurance on all enhancements and ensure alignment with business with cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing and Engineering to develop and deliver integrated end users with training documentation and issue resolution to drive high adoption and detailed documentation of system configurations business processes and platform health and proactively identify areas for improvement or technical DevOps practices and deployment activities including experience with tools like Copado (preferred).Stay current with Salesforce releases features and best SkillsProven experience with declarative tools (Flow Process Builder Reports Dashboards).Customization of standard and custom objects page layouts fields validation rules and with Apex SOQL Lightning Web Components (preferred).Experience with integrated Salesforce orgs and API-based 3 Years Experience administering DocuSign Service Cloud or Pardot (MCAE).ADM 201 : Salesforce Certified Administrator profile with 100 badges a with Copado or similar DevOps knowledge of CRM best practices and agile working with modular scalable Salesforce development (bulk-safe processes governor limit awareness).
