We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Inside Sales team in the Utility / ESS segment. Curious what your role will look like Lets dive in:
- Manage and nurture customer relationships via phone email and digital channels
- Prepare quotations and follow up until successful deal closure
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Dynamics)
- Qualify leads and support the key account sales team
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Logistics Marketing and Technical Support
Your profile
That sounded great right To make sure you feel happy and successful in this position it would be ideal if you bring along:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Self-motivated structured and team-oriented work style
- German and English C1; additional languages are always a plus
