About this Position

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the organizations products and services within the Primerica Print & Distribution center. Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads initiation of prospect call and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

This is a hybrid position.

The estimated salary range for this role is: $85K - $95K

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales through cold calls pursue sales leads visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Identify research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Refer sales leads customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and account development plans to build a meaningful and executable pipeline of opportunities necessary to exceed monthly and annual goals through systematic sales touches with both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle including account management closing new prospective opportunities building rapport and educating both prospects and existing customers on our solutions and our competitive advantages.
  • Prepare clear and effective written ROI and RFP proposals and quotations for prospective and current customers.
  • Serve as key liaison between clients and production to create a seamless workflow.
  • Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities to meet objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Primerica internal support functions and departments.
  • Create and maintain accurate and timely records of all customer and prospect interactions.
  • Establish annual quarterly monthly or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
  • Follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on departments or company compliance.
  • Follow up with customers on past due accounts receivable when necessary.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years experience with commercial printing required
  • Knowledge of Commercial printing sales products and services preferred.
  • Must possess strong communication presentation problem identification and solution skills.
  • Strong influencing negotiation and time management skills.
