Position Summary:
ultrainnovative Tackle rare and dynamic challenges
The primary responsibility of thecandidatewill beacting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) forOracle R12ERP systems providing end-user support troubleshooting issues (GL AP ARFA PO and OM) managing system configurations testing new features trainingbusiness users and collaborating with IT for upgrades/patches focusing on ensuring data integrity process efficiency and compliance across financial modules and related business processes.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week or more depending on business many locations the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert for Oracle EBSR12version forprimarily for Financial andprocurementsmodules.
- Lead the LATAM finance system and complex process initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
- Lead LATAM project delivery which willincludeanalyzing andevaluatingbusiness requirements andmakingsolution recommendations.
- Lead project implementation of local financial systems from initiation to deployment with several minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Manage the day-to-day support and project activitiesand chair the project management team meetings.
- Provide on-site leadership for third party accounting and business teams by building and motivating team members to meet their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Act as a gatekeeper for quality control check for the project and SOX rule.
- Lead and coordinate with IT team system related process improvement initiatives including business requirements documentation riskassessmentand business impact analysis.
- Lead and provide support for LATAM Oracle EBS and other finance systems including solution design integrationtestingand user acceptance testing.
- Interface with business users to improve the understanding of the applications and provide guidance on effective and efficient approaches toutilizingmodules tools and data.
- Lead and perform other related duties as assignedrelated to system implementation.
Requirements:
- 12 years of Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules experience with techno functional experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencein Finance.
- Excellent written/verbal English communication skills. Please complete your application and upload your CV in English.
- Understanding the Financial close and consolidation Oracle localization for Tax touch points for AR and AP modules to support the tax calculations for external tax software.
- Strategic thinking and mental flexibility to be able to understand the details of the problem and the big picture/business solution.
- Strong collaboration skills - ability to discuss financial process issues and translate into functional requirements and technology requirements.
- Ability to work and lead independently set priorities and manage multiple duties simultaneously.
- Experience with Business Intelligence process automation financialplanningand reporting processes preferred.
- Experience with implementing andmaintainingproductionLATAM IT solutions.
- Communicate clearly be honest and straightforward act with integrity.
- Experience from the global pharmaceutical or biotech sectors is desirable.
