Job Summary

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Family Medicine Physician to provide full-scope primary care services in a clinic setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality cost-effective care to a diverse patient population within a relationship-based team-oriented model. The physician will conduct comprehensive medical evaluations manage preventive and chronic care needs and ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation in alignment with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care including preventive services diagnosis treatment and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions

  • Deliver inpatient medical care and provide call coverage as required by contractual obligations

  • Serve as a preceptor for providers in training when applicable

  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies

  • Complete timely accurate and compliant medical documentation following clinic protocols

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations

  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and all clinic safety standards

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Education & Experience

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (required)

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school (required)

  • Preferred: Minimum of three (3) years of primary care experience ideally within underserved or medically vulnerable populations and/or a Community Health Center (CHC) or FQHC setting

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (required)

  • Current DEA registration and CPR certification (required)

  • Strong knowledge of clinical standards regulatory requirements and licensing guidelines relevant to community health centers and FQHCs

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-based care model

  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality

  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
