About the Role
The Industrial Engineer plays a key role in designing analyzing and continuously improving our manufacturing processes. This role partners closely with Operations Quality Maintenance and Engineering teams to improve efficiency reduce waste and ensure high-quality outcomes as we scale production. If you enjoy turning data into insights and building systems that work better every day this role offers meaningful ownership and impact.
What youll do:
- Analyze production workflows through time studies capacity modeling and process mapping
- Design and implement process improvements that increase productivity reduce cost and eliminate waste
- Support manufacturing layout design for facilities lines and workstations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production challenges and implement sustainable solutions
- Develop document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Use data and analytics tools to track performance metrics identify trends and support decision-making
- Participate in Kaizen events lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects
What Youll Bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Hands-on experience with industrial engineering tools such as capacity models simulations and KPI dashboards
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 23 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 a plus) and data analysis tools (Excel Power BI preferred).
