About the Role
As a Customer Support Advisor you will assist customers via phone email chat or social media ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing leading international brands.
Requirements

German: C2 level
-
English: B2 level or higher

EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Availability to work rotating shifts (depending on the project)
Salary
-
Approximately 1250 gross per month performance bonus
(depending on the project and experience)
