We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international support team in this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support while representing a well-known global brand.
You will work in a structured environment with full training provided making this role suitable both for experienced agents and candidates looking to grow their customer service career.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
(Rotational shifts)
Days off: Saturday & Sunday
Qualifications:

Fluent in French and proficient in English

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
