Job Summary

To strengthen its global presence the company is establishing a new plant in Senai Malaysia. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Quality Plans (QAP) for new projects.
Conduct risk analysis process audits and failure mode analysis (FMEA).
Support supplier quality management and part approval process (PPAP).
Coordinate validation and verification of new products and processes.
Track project quality KPIs and report status to project stakeholders.
Facilitate problem-solving and corrective actions during project execution.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Manufacturing or Quality).
35 years of experience in project quality engineering in automotive or manufacturing.
Knowledge of APQP PPAP FMEA control plans SPC.
Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 standards.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Analytical proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Salary Range: RM 4500 - 7000
