$131911 - $142056 salary package - includes base salary ($116219 - $125157 per annum) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering highquality workforce data and insights that enable TAFE NSW to effectively manage and optimise its staff resources. The role requires advanced analytical expertise to design produce and interpret a broad range of workforce reports and dashboards. By ensuring accuracy timeliness and actionable insights the Senior Reporting Analyst supports evidencebased decisionmaking strengthens workforce planning and enhances organisational performance.

About You

As a Senior Reporting Analyst you excel at managing multiple analytical projects under tight deadlines delivering accurate highquality insights. With strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail you engage confidently with stakeholders to gather information negotiate deadlines and balance competing priorities.

Highly regarded:

  • Proficient in enterprise software platforms including SAP and Spinifex with hands-on experience in streamlining processes and optimizing data workflows.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate.
  • Ability to deliver insights using data visualisation platforms including Power BI.
