The Group introduced its aerospace business to China in 1964 and is recognized as a trusted partner for long-term cooperation with the Chinese aviation cybersecurity and digital identity Thales has also successfully applied its advanced technologies to mobile communications fintech automotive connectivity and software monetization etc. Thales employs more than 800 people with offices located in 7 cities across China. With R&D centers and innovation hubs established in Beijing Dalian and Hong Kong Thales is committed to developing innovative solutions for its customers.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and coordinate sales forecasting planning with Sales Managers
- Collect order intake forecasts per account
- Perform recurring sales reporting
- Continuously improve sales efficiency
- Drive the improvement of sales capabilities and performance of the accounts
- Ensure customer data integrity
- Ensure that sales data for the opportunities & accounts is updated and accurate
- Increase opportunity pipeline and win rate on new markets/products/customers
- Better understanding of prospect / customer needs
- Identify potential leads
- Promote innovation capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- 1-3 years at Automotive/IoT/Telecom industrial
- Good appetence on technology and necessary knowledge on cybersecurity and telecommunication.
- Be proficient in English speaking and written CET6.

- Good communication internally and externally
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel frequently
- Target oriented
