AFS is seeking a Project Accounting Analyst in San Antonio TX. This individual will support the AFS Project Accounting function within the Controllership organization. They will be responsible for reading and understanding AFSs contracts and appropriately setting up contracts in Deltek Costpoint based on their knowledge of Costpoint and AFSs business. This individual will also work closely to coordinate with Project managers and other stakeholders to ensure agreement on key contract terms and conditions for Project setup.

Heres what you need:

Bachelors Degree (Accounting Finance or Economics major preferred) with a3.2 GPA or higher
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills

Bonus points if you have:

Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Willingness to learn new skills and embrace changes in business operations

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
