POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team and support HR operations in a fast-paced wholesale data center environment. This role will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions including recruitment employee relations compliance and performance management. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR within technical or industrial settings and a strong understanding of the unique workforce needs in a data center environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. Assist with troubleshooting system access policy questions and general HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation (offer letters onboarding packets termination paperwork).
- Manage HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related data.
Compliance & Reporting
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Generate maintain and distribute HR reports
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding schedules including orientation materials and system access.
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Ensure completion of all compliance documentation and background checks.
- Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and final documentation.
Data & Reporting
- Generate regular HR reports (headcount turnover compliance tracking).
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
General HR Support
- Assist with benefits questions and employee inquiries.
- Support HR projects such as engagement initiatives and policy updates.
- Participate in special projects as assigned such as audits policy updates or system implementations.
- Assist the recruiting team as necessary by organizing interviews meetings and training sessions for HR and hiring managers.
MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 12 years in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Base up to $65000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set experience qualifications location and other job-related reasons.
