A Day in the Life
Lead transformation initiatives within the Sales Operations support team driving process improvements and operational excellence. Initially focus on delivering results as a transformation project manager and later take on team management responsibilities including people leadership as needed.職務内容

Sales Operationsは営業組織を支える業務プロセスの最適化やデジタル化BPOコールセンター運用管理に加え各種レポーティングやデータバリデーションも担う営業サポート部門です営業活動の効率化と顧客満足度向上を目的にシステム運用業務改善データ分析AI自動化推進など多様な活動を行っています
業務内容
営業現場を支えるサポート部隊の変革リーダーとしてSales Operationsチームのプロジェクトリード業務全般を担当いただきます具体的には以下の業務を担当して頂きます
- 変革ロードマップの策定推進
- オペレーション設計の刷新とシステム連携の最適化
- サービス運用の集約と標準化
- ガバナンス強化と外部リソースの最適化
- AI / Automationの導入と拡張
また業務プロセスの効率化品質向上チームメンバーの育成指導関係部門との連携強化など管理者としての役割を積極的に果たしていただきます
まずは変革PMとして成果創出に注力しその後はニーズに応じてチーム運営ピープルマネジメントを含むの役割を担って頂くことを想定しています

Job Experience
- 業務プロセスやチーム運営の改善変革を主体的に推進した経験
- マネージャーとしてのピープルマネジメント経験
- AI自動化ツールCopilotPower Automate生成AI等を用いた業務改善の実践経験
- 継続的改善KaizenLean等とプロジェクトマネジメントの実践経験品質改善コスト削減など定量成果
Skill / Knowledge
- 複数ステークホルダーを束ねる高いコミュニケーション力
- Microsoft 365TeamsExcelWordPowerPointの実務スキル
- 英語TOEIC900点以上または同等のビジネス英語力
- ネイティブ相当の日本語
