About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technically complex projects within critical environments. This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise and technical capability to ensure infrastructure engineering and systems projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for managing challenging technical scopes of work coordinating closely with engineers contractors and consultants and ensuring strict compliance with operational requirements industry standards and safety protocols. A key aspect of the role is driving technical excellence while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of technically complex projects across Electrical Mechanical ICT Critical Infrastructure and Building Services from initiation through to completion and handover.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams subcontractors and consultants ensuring clear communication and strict adherence to OHS & E policies.
  • Develop and execute detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to implement technical changes within critical infrastructure environments without impacting client business operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimising project processes improving efficiency and contributing to client meetings and contract finalisation.
  • Monitor project performance manage scope changes and deliver detailed project reviews reporting and updates to executive management.

About You

  • Proven experience managing technically complex projects in critical or high-risk environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of infrastructure engineering and building services systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute MOPs within live operational environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong focus on safety quality and compliance.
