The Job:

As a Global Product Regulator Compliance Senior Program Manager you will lead and oversee initiatives to ensure mature products meet global regulatory and customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Product Managers Commercial Leaders Engineering Legal and Supply Chainto ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. You will manage projects end-to-end from regulation analysis and requirements definition to execution and status reporting.

Youll get to:

  • Assess impact of new and changing regulations and proactively communicate implications to stakeholders.
  • Define requirements scope and deliverables for compliance projects and programs.
  • Coordinate priorities track updates to products and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Oversee execution of multiple global compliance projects ensuring on-time delivery and quality results.
  • Provide weekly and ad-hoc status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives for Global Product Regulatory Compliance.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training for compliance awareness across the organization.
  • Ensure NPD process is updated to meet new requirements.

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering Business Data Analytics Project Management or related field
  • 7 years of professional experience in project management preferably within product compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects/programs in a global environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of global product compliance regulations and standards a plus.
  • Exceptional communication stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter with high organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Jira) and data analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable presenting updates to senior leadership and driving change across teams.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $75800 to $122000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
