In this role youll play a vital part in serving as a strategic partner to our Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team. This is more than a traditional administrative role - you will be a central point of coordination communication and relationship-building across the organization and with external partners helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for the CEO communicating directly and on the CEOs behalf with the Board of Directors donors foundation partners and key stakeholders.
  • Manage CEO and Board operations including facilitating and attending Board and Board Committee meetings preparing materials and maintaining governance records.
  • Oversee complex executive calendar travel and administrative functions including scheduling correspondence expense reporting invoices and preparation of presentations and briefing materials.
  • Represent the CEO internally and externally welcoming visitors coordinating meetings and events triaging inquiries and ensuring appropriate follow-up and information flow.
  • Coordinate executive priorities and special projects supporting project management efforts by establishing objectives tracking progress solving problems and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while modeling exceptional customer service and serving as a positive representative of Third Streets leadership and mission.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional administrative or executive assistant experience.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and interacting with Boards highly desirable.
