Our team of Occupational Therapists led by the OT Team Leader and overseen by the Clinical Team Lead is responsible for providing individual and group interventions in settings across school programming. From feeding support at lunch to community trips 1:1 therapy co-treats with SLPs and/or PTs and OT groups our therapists have a variety of opportunities to use a myriad of interventions in the rich environment created by the Cotting programming and :- Provide occupational therapy services to assigned students in accordance with the service delivery and goals established by the IEP- Develop and document treatment plans to meet standards of ethical practice and - - Medicaid in Public Schools standards- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to educate and problem-solve with all team members- Complete daily documentation of sessions to meet standards of ethical practice and Medicaid in Public Schools standards- Support lunch as a member of the Feeding Team - working with students to continue developing their occupational therapy related skills during meal time- Provide individual and group therapy as well as integrated services as clinically indicated- Provide consultation to classroom staff and to other team members- Write assigned sections of student IEPs and participate in IEP meetings- Communicate with families as needed
