Key Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive customer share research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats in the services and repowering sectors.
Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts for services and repowering projects.
Utilize statistical models and analytical tools to predict market demand and identify growth areas.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand forecasts with business strategies.
Gather clean and analyze large SFDC data to extract actionable insights.
Implement advanced analytics techniques (e.g. machine learning predictive modeling) to enhance decision-making processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on market performance.
Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for services and repowering initiatives.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales marketing product development sourcing manufacturing) to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership during Demand and IBP reviews
Identify areas for process optimization within the analytics and market research functions.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality and analytical methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Data Science or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years in market research demand forecasting or a related analytics finance or commercial role
Desired Characteristics:
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Python R SQL) or business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Strong understanding of market research methodologies and statistical analysis.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives through data-driven insights.
