Job Summary
TheInsightsand AnalyticsPrincipalis a senior analytics leader responsible for driving business growth shaping analytic solutions and delivering strategic insights that createmeasurableimpactforour biopharma clients. Leveraging deep industry knowledge and strong client relationships this role combines commercial acumen data-driven problem solving and thought leadership to help clients address complex brand and market rolewill serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholdersstrengthening IQVIAs position as a trusted strategic partner.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Growth:
- Leverage pre-existing relationships and network toidentify source and shape new business opportunities by aligning IQVIAs analytic capabilities with client needs and growthobjectives.
- Drive proposal and RFP processes with new clients
- Support pipeline planning client engagement strategies and account growth planning by collaborating with cross-functional teams across IQVIA.
Deliver Strategic Insights:
- Build andmaintaintrusted long-term client relationships through strategic thinking clear communication and value-driven collaboration.
- Serve as a strategic advisorprovidingcompelling insights thatdemonstratea deep understanding of client brand dynamics market forces and competitive landscapes.
- Remain current on industryandcompetitive trends and directionsin order toanticipateandidentifynew business challenges and issues with assigned clients.
Shape Analytic Solutions:
- Translate client business questions into analytic frameworks and connect IQVIA offerings networks and capabilities to guide solution design and project direction.
- Guideclient engagements to ensure analytic deliverable qualityalignment to clients business questionsclient satisfaction and project management
- Providedirection advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.
- Oversee the development and presentation of client client discussions presenting key findings and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications&Experience
- Degree in engineering statistics matheconomicsor other quantitative fields; Masters / MBA preferred
- 10years of experience in management consulting data analytics or similar roles in of the functions and goals ofCommercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
- Track recordof selling managing and delivering client projects
- Strongunderstanding of healthcare data analytical methods and Commercial practice areas in biopharma
- Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary project teams
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving inquisitive and impact-oriented mindset
- Ability tooperatein a matrixed fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $137200.00 - $453700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
