Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues and inquiries.
- Install configure and troubleshoot hardware software and networking systems.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of data and information.
- Offer timely resolution to technical problems and escalate as needed.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems procedures and configurations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of IT systems networks and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT support.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $40 per hour
