PROJECT MANAGER IT PROJECTS (HYBRID PORTO)
Portuguesecompany hires for hybrid position
Location:Porto Portugal (2 days onsite per week)

We are looking for an experienced ProjectManager to lead full-cycleIT corporate projects from requirements gathering through toimplementation in a largeinternational corporate environment. This role requires strong leadership governance and deliveryfocus with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders acrossmultiple locations.

Technical Skills
ProjectManagement: Proven experience managing end-to-end IT application projects fromrequirements definition to go-live and post-implementation
CorporateEnvironment: Solid experience working in large organizations; multi-country projectsare a strong plus
TechnologyKnowledge: Experience with ERPsystems or equivalent corporate software is desirable
Governance& Stakeholder Management: Strong experience in stakeholder coordination reporting andgovernance structures
Soft Skills
Strong leadershipand autonomy with the ability to drive projects independently
Excellent communicationskills both written and verbal
Delivery-orientedmindset focused on results value and deadlines
Collaborativeand proactive approach comfortable working in international and multiculturalenvironments
Profile Requirements
Experience:6 yearsin Corporate ProjectManagement ideally with significant exposure to ERP implementations
Languages:Fluent English(mandatory) PortugueseB2 Frenchis a plus
