Job Summary
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Employment Type: Fulltime
About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people recruitment and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn job boards referrals social media etc.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews manage feedback and ensure timely communication
Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns
Provide market insights salary benchmarks and hiring trends to support decisionmaking
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or inhouse)
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in Saudi Arabia is a plus
