Job Summary

Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media professional networks and employee referrals. as well head hunting.
Write and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms.

Screening and Interviewing:

review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills experience and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews technical knowledge for pharmacies.

Requirements

degree in pharmaceutical fields
work experience as an HR Recruiter & Pharmacist
3. At least 3 years pharmacist & 1-2 years branch manager
4. Solid knowledge of pharmacy market
