Job Summary
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
The mission is to ensure that the transportation services delivered by AL owned fleet and carriers are in line with safety and effectiveness requirements by managing all activities related to AL vehicles maintenance and drivers operation and qualification.The Fleet engineer has to work under logistic manager and in a close relationship with the Dispatch team while promoting Air Liquide quality and safety objectives. He manages the fleet maintenance supervisors operation supervisor drivers and drivers assistants.
- Oversees and Controls the services provided by the carriers
- Manages all activities related to AL vehicles maintenance
- Manages the training and qualifications for the drivers
- Works jointly with the Dispatch team
- Supports quality safety improvement and industrial Management System IMS compliance
- Budget control
Are you a MATCH
Mechanical Engineering degree
5 years of experience in a similar field
Solid communication and reporting skills
Innovative thinking and problem solving skills
Advance business English
