Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with regional and country-level business objectives.

Adapt trade marketing plans to local market dynamics while ensuring consistency with overall brand and sales strategy.

Lead the planning execution and evaluation of trade promotions in-store activations and channel-specific initiatives.

Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve trade execution product availability visibility and merchandising standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers distributors and channel partners.

Design and deliver sales enablement and training programs focused on product knowledge trade execution and consumer insights.

Work cross-functionally with brand supply chain and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.

Conduct regular market consumer and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.

Experience
