Shaken Not Stirred is an organization founded in 2019 with the mission to empower future generations by developing and implementing innovative education projects. Our flagship initiatives include 42 Portugal and TUMO Portugal.
42 is one of the worlds leading coding schools with over 50 campuses across more than 30 countries. It is a free of charge inclusive school open to anyone regardless of academic background or professional experience based on a peer-to-peer project-based learning model with no classes no teachers and no Portugal 42 Lisboa opened in 2020 and 42 Porto in 2022 and has nowadays 1000 active students with an employment rate above 90%.
TUMO is a creative technologies center founded in Armenia and now present in more than 10 countries. Aimed at young people aged 12 to 18 TUMO is a free of charge program that complements formal education through personalized learning paths in areas such as Programming Robotics Animation Game Development Music Photography and Graphic Portugal TUMO centers are already operating in Coimbra Lisboa and Porto each with a capacity for 1.500 students and an ambition to scale even further nationwide.
Shaken Not Stirred is also taking its first steps in international expansion with the upcoming launch of TUMO Bilbao planned for September 2025.
Alongside these free educational initiatives Shaken Not Stirred develops professional and entrepreneurship programs such as the AI Dive for Business delivered both in partnership with companies (B2B) and directly to individuals (B2C).
All our initiatives are driven by a strong social mission: to promote upward social mobility and contribute to long-term social and economic growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Paid Media Specialist will play a central role in strengthening Shaken Not Stirreds digital marketing capabilities by taking full ownership of paid media execution across multiple projects and brands.
This is a highly hands-on and execution-focused role responsible for setting up managing optimizing and analyzing paid media campaigns across different platforms. Beyond campaign delivery the role is critical to establishing strong foundations for measurement performance tracking and continuous learning ensuring that paid media investments are guided by data rather than intuition.
Working transversally across the organization this role collaborates with multiple internal teams including the marketing teams of 42 Portugal TUMO Portugal and professional programs managing managing parallel requests while aligning paid media strategies with each projects objectives audiences and operational constraints.
Key responsibilities include:
- Paid Media Execution: Plan lauch manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Google Ads LinkedIn Ads TikTok Ads and others according to project needs and target audiences.
- Campaign Optimization & Budget Management: Monitor performance on an ongoing basis adjusting budgets bidding strategies targeting creatives and formats to maximize efficiency and responsible budget allocation and performance-driven decision-making across campaigns.
- Tracking & Measurement Foundations: Ensure correct implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions (e.g. pixels conversion events tag managers) working closely with internal teams responsible for landing pages and websites.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign results clearly distinguishing traffic and conversions coming from paid media. Produce clear actionable insights and simple dashboards or reports to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage paid media requests from multiple internal stakeholders simultaneously balancing priorities expectations and timelines. Translate project goals into effective paid media strategies and clearly communicate performance learnings and next steps.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up to date with changes in paid media platforms algorithms and best practices ensuring campaigns remain relevant and effective over time.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with direct responsibility for setup optimization and performance analysis. This is not an entry-level role.
- Strong operational skills: Comfortable working directly inside ad platforms managing audiences budgets creatives and conversion events.
- Solid understanding of tracking and attribution: Practical knowledge of pixels conversion tracking and the importance of reliable measurement for decision-making.
- Autonomy and accountability: Ability to work independently take ownership of results and operate without close day-to-day supervision or mentorship.
- Analytical and structured mindset: Able to interpret data explain results clearly and turn performance insights into concrete actions.
- Stakeholder-oriented approach: Comfortable working with multiple internal clients in parallel managing requests and aligning paid media execution with different project goals.
- Curiosity and adaptability: Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-evolving digital marketing environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
