Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: San Antonio Texas

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Director and Project Manager in managing and executing projects effectively. This role involves facilitating communication among a team of 25 members scheduling meetings tracking assignments updating project documentation and preparing reports for executive reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings prepare agendas and document meeting notes.
  • Track project assignments deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time completion.
  • Maintain and update project documentation including progress reports and status updates.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive reviews and stakeholder updates.
  • Assist in risk identification and issue resolution to keep projects on track.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in supporting large teams (25 members).
  • Familiarity with executive reporting and documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall) is a plus.
Education Criteria

All engineers must hold a 4-year engineering degree in their respective discipline.
