Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Director and Project Manager in managing and executing projects effectively. This role involves facilitating communication among a team of 25 members scheduling meetings tracking assignments updating project documentation and preparing reports for executive reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
- Schedule and organize project meetings prepare agendas and document meeting notes.
- Track project assignments deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time completion.
- Maintain and update project documentation including progress reports and status updates.
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive reviews and stakeholder updates.
- Assist in risk identification and issue resolution to keep projects on track.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in supporting large teams (25 members).
- Familiarity with executive reporting and documentation standards.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall) is a plus.
Education Criteria
All engineers must hold a 4-year engineering degree in their respective discipline.
