Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Production Management

Plan schedule & monitor daily/weekly production for frames secondary members and sheeting.
Ensure production targets are met with optimum resource utilization.
Coordinate with design & planning teams for job priorities.

2. Quality Control

Implement strict quality standards for welding fit-up surface finishing and tolerances.
Ensure ISO and internal quality system compliance.
Drive zero-defect manufacturing practices.

3. People & Team Management

Lead and mentor production supervisors engineers and shop-floor teams.
Conduct skill development & safety training.
Maintain discipline and high morale.

4. Maintenance & Safety

Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery (H-beam line shot blasting cranes welding equipment).
Ensure strong safety compliance and conduct regular safety audits.
Maintain statutory safety & equipment documentation.

5. Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor raw material consumption (plates coils paint fasteners).
Minimize wastage & rework with process improvements.
Coordinate with stores & procurement for material availability.

6. Coordination & Reporting

Liaise with purchase QA/QC planning logistics and design teams.
Provide daily/weekly MIS reports to management.
Support audits customer visits and improvement initiatives.
