Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmapping

Own the Roadmap: Develop and maintain a dynamic short-term and long-term product roadmap. Balance immediate client needs with the strategic vision of the company.
Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate regular strategy sessions with the C-Suite (CPO CTO CEO) and cross-functional leads (Business Tech Product) to ensure the roadmap aligns with commercial goals and technical feasibility.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of InsurTech trends to identify new opportunities for
platform expansion.

2. Execution & Lifecycle Management

End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial ideation and PRD creation to development testing and final delivery.
Prioritization: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to managing the backlog. Make tough calls on prioritization to ensure resources are focused on
high-impact tasks.
Process Optimization: Establish best practices for agile development ensuring predictable delivery velocities and high-quality releases.

3. Enterprise Onboarding & Solutioning

Partner Success: Act as the senior point of contact for onboarding major enterprise customers and partners.
Integration Leadership: Liaise directly with partner teams to understand their technical requirements and resolve integration hurdles.
Customization: Identify necessary modifications or gap-fills required to get a partner live and work with the engineering team to expedite these features without derailing the core roadmap.
