Job Summary
Summary: As a Human Resources Practitioner you will provide expertise to develop and execute HR strategies programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that HR initiatives align with organizational goals addressing employee inquiries and facilitating training sessions to enhance workforce capabilities. You will also analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements ensuring a positive employee experience throughout their journey with the organization.

- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate insightful reports.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
