Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Coordinator Administrative is responsible for coordinating the operations of office support staff including the management of personnel and contract services materials management and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing personnel files monitoring compliance reconciling invoices and assisting the Director with projects to ensure effective department operations.
Location:Los Angeles California United States
Responsibilities:

- Safeguards and preserves the confidentiality of patients protected health information.
- Ensures a safe patient environment and adherence to safety practices.
- Manages Contracts personnel files including monitoring compliance with regulations.
- Monitors and approves Contract personnel timekeeping and submits for approval.
- Reconciles invoices of Contract personnel against staffing and submits for approval.
- Ensures payroll information of Contracted Personnel is submitted and records are maintained.
- Coordinates with other areas to assure timely completion of tasks.
- Assists the Director in completing projects generating reports and making decisions.
- Advises the Director of concerns or potential problems.
- Coordinates employee participation in mandatory education programs and provides training as needed.
- Prioritizes and distributes work ensuring timely completion of work requests.
- Provides quality service to customers and ensures appropriate reception and services.
- Maintains and generates productivity reports staffing sheets attendance records and budget reports.
Required Skills & Certifications:

- Computer skills
- Minimum 2 years of office management experience
- High school diploma or equivalence
- LA City Fire Card within 2 weeks of employment
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Bachelors degree
Special Considerations:

- Onsite position
- Occasional weekend work may be required
Scheduling:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- At least 8 weeks with a definite extension
