Job Summary
Job Title: IT Business Systems Analyst Principal-Salesforce Security & Access Control Analyst
Job Location: LFO office Miami Florida
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Job Purpose:
Analyzes business processes and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives. Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Programmer/Analysts. Apply advanced analytical skills within functional area. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise; Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices; Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions; Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations; May lead functional teams or projects; Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization; Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models including profiles permission sets role hierarchies and sharing rules
Reverse engineer and document existing Salesforce security configurations to establish baseline controls and identify gaps
Analyze and optimize security settings to align with organizational policies and compliance requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate access requirements into technical security controls
Conduct security audits and assessments of user permissions field-level security and object-level access
Develop and maintain security documentation including access control matrices and configuration guides
Support incident response activities related to unauthorized access or permission escalation issues
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles permission sets sharing rules OWD settings)
Experience with Salesforce security tools and metadata analysis
Strong analytical skills for reverse engineering complex permission structures
Knowledge of security frameworks and least-privilege access principles
Proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce configuration best practices
