Tekberry is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our client a leading global science and technology company at their Woodland CA this role you will support day-to-day manufacturing operations within a cleanroom environment ensuring products are manufactured in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) FDA regulations and company procedures. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in regulated manufacturing environments who are detail-oriented and comfortable working hands-on in cleanroom settings.

Responsibilities:

Manufacture scheduled products according to company procedures cGMPs and production timelines to ensure customer satisfaction and quality compliance.
Perform manufacturing operations within Class 1000 and Class 100 cleanroom environments using proper aseptic techniques.
Complete batch records accurately and in a timely manner following daily production activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Perform quality inspections on incoming materials in-process items and finished products.
Formulate finish fill and package products with minimal supervision.
Inspect products for defects such as damaged bottles incorrect labels or packaging issues and ensure they meet established quality standards.
Label bag box and palletize finished goods in accordance with production schedules and deadlines.
Monitor manufacturing and laboratory equipment record operational data and perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance.
Sort stage and store materials on racks shelves or bins following established inventory procedures.
Transport materials using appropriate tools and equipment including hand dollies pallet jacks forklifts or electric dollies.
Move materials from freezer or cold storage areas to packaging or production areas as required.
Follow written and verbal work instructions provided by supervisors or plant leadership.
Provide input on new and revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy compliance and usability.
Report quality safety or compliance concerns to supervisors promptly.
Maintain up-to-date training records and assist with training of other team members as needed.
Maintain cleanliness organization and safety of production cleanroom and storage areas.
Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Use industrial cleaning products and follow safety protocols during cleaning and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:
1 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Prior experience working in FDA-regulated environments preferred.
Experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom manufacturing strongly preferred.

Skills:
Familiarity with cGMPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
Basic understanding of quality inspections and batch record documentation.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 60 lbs.
May work in cleanroom freezer and cold-storage environments.
Use of noxious or hazardous chemicals with appropriate PPE.
Required use of personal protective equipment including gloves protective eyewear respirators freezer jackets or jumpsuits and protective footwear.
Role includes use of a respirator.
