If you would like to use a sub vendor only 1 level deep please use Formstack link: The State of Michigan is looking for: Programmer Analyst 6 Max Bill Rate: NA/hour Top Skills & Years of Experience: 8 years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems. 8 years of developing functional requirements for development projects. 8 years of developing and implementing test plans and test cases. Over 5 years implemented Agile development processes including test driven development. Over 8 years of creating updating and maintaining systems documentation. Over 8 years of creating training plans and materials. Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar requirements and test case tracking application. Experience working with HIPAA Data. Will close submissions on: 12/26 at 10:00 am EST. Interview Process: Candidates submitted MUST be willing to come onsite (Lansing MI) for interviews. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of any MS Teams interview to validate candidate. Duration: 1 year with possible extension. Remote or On-site: Accepting local candidates within NA minutes of Lansing MI at time of submission ONLY.
