Job Summary

Job Title : Project Manager (Process Improvement Stakeholder Management Reporting 8 yrs)

Location: Austin TX (Onsite - Local candidates Only) (Within 50-mile radius)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications
  • Strong ability to research gather assemble correlate and analyze facts to devise effective solutions to problems
  • Proven capability to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems while prioritizing information and critical issues
  • Experience preparing clear concise reports for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to develop and deliver reports that identify gaps in technology and operational effectiveness
  • Skilled in mapping business processes identifying process improvements and facilitating meetings and group problem-solving sessions
  • Experience developing or contributing to statements of work (SOWs) project charters design documentation test plans risk assessments project budgets schedules work plans resource requirements and cost estimates and projections
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication presentation and teamwork skills
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience supporting implementations across large organizations including developing and managing project plans
  • Proven ability to document and manage project risks issues and contingency plans
  • Ability to ensure timely resolution of issues and removal of project barriers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing written materials such as briefing documents administrative reports and PowerPoint presentations for diverse audiences including senior and executive management
  • Ability to effectively summarize and appropriately escalate issues as needed
  • Experience developing and presenting weekly written and verbal status updates
  • Experience conducting regular project team status meetings
  • Ability to compile and distribute project information project status reports and budget updates
Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and technical problems identify solutions and provide actionable recommendations
  • Research and assess technology and operational gaps and present findings to stakeholders
  • Map current and future-state business processes and recommend process improvements
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings workshops and group problem-solving sessions
  • Develop and support key project artifacts including SOWs project charters design documents test plans and risk assessments
  • Manage multiple project plans schedules budgets and resource requirements
  • Track document and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies
  • Provide regular project status updates and reporting to project teams and leadership
  • Ensure timely resolution of project issues and proactively remove barriers to project success
  • Collaborate closely with sponsors stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
