Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a NOC and Cloud Support
service Engineer. As a NOC and Cloud Support service Engineer you will be
responsible for monitoring and maintaining cloud and on premises infrastructure
managing customer issues and incidents proactively identifying potential issues and
troubleshooting system problems. This role requires strong teamwork and
communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and experience in monitoring Network components including:
Routers
Switches
Servers
Firewalls
Virtual machines
Databases

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science IT or a related field
0-2 years of experience in network or system administration cloud computing or NOC support
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP) virtualization and
networking
Experience with Linux and Windows Server operation systems
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Bash
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Salary: Competitive as per the market depending on experience
