Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work US hours. As a Junior Technical Recruiter you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and candidates utilizing your recruiting experience and skills to find the best talent for our clients needs. You will also have the chance to work with cutting-edge ATS solutions and will be responsible for dialing and calling potential candidates to build relationships and fill open positions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source screen and interview potential candidates for technical positions
- Utilize various recruiting methods including job boards social media and networking events to attract top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize ATS solutions to track and manage candidate information and the hiring process
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and technology
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical recruiting is preferred
- Familiarity with ATS solutions and other recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field is preferred
