Position: Appointment Setter
Working Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week PST
Salary Range: 1000 to 1200 USD/month (OTE 1800-2000 USD). Final compensation structure may vary based on experience and offer details.
About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Appointment Setter to launch and manage an outbound outreach program focused on building a strong referral network. This role is centered on generating qualified conversations with B2B referral partners such as interior designers and related trades within the residential services space.
The Appointment Setter will work directly with the business owner to create consistent referral flow open new partnership channels and support business growth through structured outreach and follow-up.
Key responsibilities:
Outbound lead generation
- Identify and engage potential B2B referral partners including interior designers and related service providers.
- Execute daily cold email and direct message outreach at defined volume targets.
- Personalize outreach messages based on partner type and prior interactions.
- Track outreach activity responses and follow-ups with clear and organized notes.
Appointment setting
- Qualify interest and alignment from potential referral partners.
- Schedule introductory calls or in-person meetings for the owner or designated salesperson.
- Maintain a structured follow-up system to ensure consistent touchpoints.
- Reschedule confirm and coordinate calendars as needed.
Pipeline management
- Maintain clean updated and prioritized outreach lists.
- Log conversations outcomes and next steps in the CRM or tracking system.
- Monitor outreach performance and provide weekly activity summaries.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the owner to understand ideal partner profiles and refine messaging.
- Adjust outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Communicate trends challenges and opportunities identified through partner conversations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound appointment setting or lead generation ideally within service-based or home services industries.
- Strong written English skills for email and text-based outreach.
- Confident spoken English if phone outreach is introduced.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with clear daily expectations.
- Resourceful proactive and driven by measurable targets.
- Ability to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours.
