Job Summary

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information while providing an exceptional customer service within the Transcon Department.
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
Track and trace Transcon files as required.
Use workflows on daily basis to manage shipments
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
Ensure proper delivery of freight as requested when applicable
Interact with our customers in arranging their TRANSCON shipments meeting customer service standards.
Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers
Meet compliance at all times to regulations internally and externally in accordance with government regulations.
Understand department process flow and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed and updated in the SOP.
Meet KPI standards as per the companys procedures.
Overseas communications timely responses to emails and requests (internally and externally)
Escalation of problems to Management when necessary

Qualifications :

Minimum Education & Experience: University graduation or equivalent qualification; at least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding industry preferable domestic transportation cross-border trucking transportation and inside delivery for over-sized cargo and machineries.
Effective interpersonal skills including proven abilities to listen comprehend effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
Pro-active strong organizational skills
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word Power Point etc.).
Fluent in English skills (Listening Speaking Reading Writing)
