To support this mission Syngentas Talent Acquisition Operations Team is seeking a TA Operations Senior Assistant in Montevideo. This role will support the high-level coordination and operational support for Talent Acquisition activities with a strong focus on executive hiring and succession planning processes.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for confidential executive and senior-level recruitment processes.
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across multiple time zones and senior stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure timely communication clear instructions and a smooth candidate experience.
- Support process tracking and follow-ups to maintain workflow efficiency within TA operations.
- Assist with the preparation of materials presentations and documentation required for recruiting processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within TA operations.
Qualifications :
Required
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field .or relevant work experience.
- Advanced Level of English.
- 2 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition Executive Assistant or Coordination roles.
- Experience managing complex executive-level calendars.
- Strong administrative background with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proven experience handling confidential information and interacting with senior stakeholders.
Desired
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook Excel Teams); calendar management expertise is a plus.
