This role is an agent-first Sales Operations position focused on building scalable commercial intelligence systems rather than traditional reporting. You will design and continuously improve AI-enabled agents workflows metrics and models that drive forecasting pipeline execution deal decisioning and executive insights.
You will partner closely with different internal departments to translate complex business questions into trusted explainable systems that reduce manual effort and improve decision-making at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Tune validate and improve agent outputs for accuracy relevance and explainability
- Translate ambiguous commercial questions into structured logic that agents can execute
- Define and maintain core sales metrics data models and commercial logic across systems
- Ensure consistency across CRM data warehouse dashboards and executive reporting
- Partner with Finance to validate forecasting assumptions models and scenarios
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health forecast risk deal economics and performance drivers
- Build scenario models to support planning tradeoffs and leadership decision-making
- Design and build low-code/no-code agents and automated workflows for recurring Sales Ops analysis
- Review agent-generated reporting to ensure it is decision-useful and trusted
- Design the logic behind dashboards narratives and executive-level insights
Qualifications :
- Experience building or maintaining: Metrics frameworks Analytical models Automated or semi-automated workflows
- High comfort translating business questions into structured operational logic
- Experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g. n8n Airtable similar) or coding tools.
- Familiarity with CRM architectures (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) is nice to have.
- Ability to partner effectively with both technical teams and commercial stakeholders

Advanced English proficiency is required for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.
How much experience must I have
We are looking for candidates with 5 years in Sales Ops Rev Ops Analytics or Commercial Operations.
