Ground floor opportunity to join a locally owned family-run business thats part of a rapidly expanding national brand. The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Arlington Heights is opening March 4 2025 and were looking for great people who want to grow with us. $1000 sign-on bonus for the right person.

This is an experienced position and the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be trained for leadership in the field and to grow this business with us.
What were looking for:
- 2 years experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters
- Desire to grow with the company
- Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
- Willingness to work overtime
- Desire to establish a positive work culture
- Interest and ability in training and mentoring junior employees
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
Minimum Requirements:
- Construction or gutter experience: 2 years
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license

Compensation: $28.00 - $33.50 per hour
