Job Role:
As a Lead Installer youll oversee and perform major home appliance installations across the Baltimore region. Youll lead by example in the field support and guide installers on your team and ensure installations meet Landers quality and safety standards. When challenges arise youll take ownership and find solutions that deliver an excellent customer experience.
We Need Someone Who:
- Has 35 years of appliance installation experience.
- Has experience with high-end and built-in appliance installations.
- Is confident using hand tools power tools dollies and installation equipment.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
- Enjoys mentoring others and setting the standard for quality work.
- Is motivated to keep learning and improving.
- Can safely lift and maneuver heavy appliances.
- Is available MondayFriday 8am5pm.
Physical Aspects of the Job:
Youll be on your feet sometimes lifting or engaging with customers. There may be times youll need to handle weights up to 100 pounds.

Compensation: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
