YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
In this role precision and organization are at the heart of everything you do. Youre responsible for reviewing accounts to identify clients with outstanding balances and contacting customers to collect their payments. Attentive to every little detail you process billing transactions update customer accounts and reconcile our general ledger.
You perform data entry answer client questions and support daily cash account balancing and other bookkeeping tasks. As you oversee our collections processes you maintain an ongoing client list of those with bad debt. You assist with auditing processes and develop ideas for improving our billing strategies playing a critical role in our financial standing!
